When I called and inquired about an apartment I got some the best customer service! A lady named Arionna Johns helped me. She was patient with me because I didn't know exactly what I was looking for in an apartment and my dates were pretty open. She instantly gained my trust by being able to relate to my situation. I'm a single mom with an infant child and an 8 year old with sever asthma. She knew what I would need and didn't bother to quote me outlandish rates. She understood that being on the 1st floor is a must for us. She was knowledgeable about the schools in the area, the grocery stores close by and the history of the complex. She definitely made my experience amazing and I feel comfortable making Eagle Point my home because she is there. If you want to live there and get an honest review of the property work with Arionna Johns!
